Tangy Tomato Dip
This dip is so quick and yummy! Paired with raw veggies, it's a great way to get some vitamins on a cloudy, snowy day, 'cause you're not getting any Vitamin D from the sun when you're bundled up in all those clothes!
If these last weeks of winter are getting you down, check Magical Cures for Cabin Fever http://www.parents-choice.org/news_portal.cfm at the Parent's Choice Foundation.

- A little adult help
Equipment:
- A glass measuring cup

- Wash the celery and trim off the top and bottom of the stalk. Cut into 1 inch pieces.

- Ask for help emptying the processor because the blade is wickedly sharp!
