We doubled this recipe and as you will see it took us a long
time to get the ice cream to set up. We found it works much better
if you do two small batches rather than one big batch.
Of course we love Organic Valley dairy products because they
support Spatulatta and our mission! But we also found that the
cream truly does make a difference in the flavor of the ice cream.
Organic Valley cows are happy cows. They eat what cows were meant
to eat without a bunch of nasty stuff added to it. In turn, the
cows make great tasting, organic milk and therefore great tasting
cream.
You'll need:
1 cup Organic Valley Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or cherry, or any other flavor
you like)
