Strawberry Rosebuds

You'll need:

• 2 bamboo skewers
• Whole strawberries with the leaves left on
• 2 nice celery stalks with leaves
• A bud vase

Equipment:

• A bud vase
• Kitchen Scissors

1. Fill your bud vase about half full of water. This will help keep it from tipping over.
2. Arrange the celery stalks.
3. Cut about 1 inch off the bottom of one of the skewers.
4. Select 2 strawberries that look like upside down rose buds.
5. Carefully push a skewer into the end of the strawberry with the green leaves.
6. Place the "roses" in the vase.
