Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are between the ages of 9 and 12 at the time of entry, excluding residents of Rhode Island and Puerto Rico. One (1) grand prizewinner and five (5) runners-up will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2007 by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final.  Winners will be notified by e-mail. This message will be sent to the winner's e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The grand prizewinner will receive: A trip to Evanston, Illinois for the winner and one (1) parent or legal guardian to appear on a webcast segment on Spatulatta.com (Approximate Retail Value: one thousand three hundred dollars$1300) as follows: the grand prizewinner and one (1) parent or legal guardian will receive roundtrip, coach air transportation for two to Chicago, IL, two nights hotel accommodations at Hotel Orrington in Evanston, IL, ground transportation to/from the airport and to/from the Spatulatta webcast; one (1) signed copy of THE SPATULATTA COOKBOOK and Spatulatta cooking apron ($150); and an appearance in a Spatulatta webcast segment with Isabella and Olivia Gerasole that will be posted on www.Spatulatta.com. Winners must make their own way to/from their home airport. Dates of travel are subject to availability. Winners will be responsible for food and all other out of pocket expenses. Each runner-up will receive: A signed copy of THE SPATULATTA COOKBOOK and Spatulatta cooking apron (Approximate Retail Value: one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted by the winner. Prizes are non-returnable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. In the case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for payment of all federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) on any prize received. Prizes will be awarded in the name of minor's parent or legal guardian. Winners will have seven (7) days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. If a winner does not respond to notification of winner status within seven (7) days from notification, or if the winner does not meet qualification criteria, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes.
