Garlic ice cream anyone? Spatulatta was invited to produce 6 cooking demonstrations for the Belfast Taste and Music Festival in August 2009. On our day off, we visited with Andrew and Tammy Hoy at their dairy, met their cows and tasted some rather unusual ice cream flavors.
