A family tradition with the Big Hair Girls, this is the classic green bean casserole that graces Thanksgiving and Christmas tables in homes across the nation.
{Makes 8 servings}
You'll need:
1 bag of frozen French-style green beans
1 can of French fried onions
1 can of Campbells's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
3/4 cup of milk
A little adult help
Equipment:
A colander
A large bowl
A casserole dishÂ
Rinse green beans in hot water until defrosted, then let drain.
Mix the milk, pepper and soup together in a bowl.
Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish. Then cover with a layer of green beans. Repeat until all the sauce and beans are in the casserole.
