We joined our friends from Purple Asparagus at the Elephant Thai
Restaurant in Lincolnwood, IL for a fabulous feast. The recipes we're
featuring were the kids' favorites on the buffet. The adults opted for
the spicer dishes. Ann, who owns Elephant Thai, doesn't dumb down her
food for the American palate - though she'll ask you how spicy you want
it: mild, medium, American hot or Thai hot.
Ann went the extra mile and hired traditional Thai musicians and dancers to show the kids some fancy moves.
Purple Asparagus
