This basket of decadent treats will be airfrieghted directly to you just in time for your New Year's Eve bash! Since we will be sending perishible items, please make sure someone will be there to accept the package and refrigerate it immediately.

We tasted the Patchwork Patés here in the Spatulatta Kitchen and they were amazing! Each had a rich, sumptuous flavor profile. And the best thing is that they are organic.

We especially liked the Brandy & Herb and the Tequila & Cranberry versions. We just added crackers, sliced apple and a bottle of wine and suddenly we had our holiday party.

Yes, some of the patés contain brandy, tequila or bourbon which has been cooked down and almost all the alcohol has disappated. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

The e-mail address will only be used for the sweepstakes and discarded afterward). Sweepstakes begins November 20, 2008 12:01am EST and all electronic entries must be received by December 20, 2008 11:59pm EST. One entry per person. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of online entry form will be accepted. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for (a) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer delays, deletions, interruptions or other failures of any kind; (b) late, lost, damaged, failed, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages; or (c) any human error that may occur in the processing of any entry, nor are they responsible for any theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. 2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who over 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, and members of their families, Spatulatta.com, Patchwork Traditional Food and The London Food Company and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. WINNERS. One (1) prizewinner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about December 21, 2008 by Spatulatta, LLC whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final.  Winners will be notified by e-mail. This message will be sent to the winner's e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The grand prizewinner will receive: A New Year's Eve Gourmet Goodie basket. (Approximate Retail Value: one hundred dollars $100).

Winners will have three (3) days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. If a winner does not respond to notification of winner status within three (3) days from notification, or if the winner does not meet qualification criteria, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. After Sponsor’s reasonable attempt to award the prizes, any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded, and Sponsor may, in its discretion, elect to donate any such prizes to charity. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for any death, injury or damage to an entrant, or his/her or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. By accepting a prize, winners also agree to release Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for death, injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded or enjoyed due to travel cancellations, delays or interruption due to weather, natural disaster, acts of war or terrorism or similar causes. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability/right of publicity release, which may require winners to furnish their social security numbers; failure to do so within fifteen (15) days of receipt of such affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify a winner's consent to the use of his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, age, voice and/or photograph for any lawful purpose in any media, including online, in perpetuity without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes) the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
