This rice pudding is a favorite of Peruvian children...and adults too. It's quick and easy and oh so tasty! {Makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies}
You'll need: - 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Ground cinnamon
- Slices of mango - optional
- A little adult help
| Equipment: - Measuring cups
- A medium-sized pot
- A large spoon
- Small serving bowls

- In a pot, boil 2 cups of water with 6 cloves.
- When water is boiling add the rice, and cook until rice is tender.
- When rice is cooked, add the milk, sugar and cinnamon stick. Cook for anonther 2 minutes.
- Serve with a dusting of ground cinnamon. Slice of mango make a great garnish.
