Thread the needle with a long piece of thread and double it.
Bananas
have ridges. Insert the needle into one ridge about 1 1/2 inches from
the end. Slide the needle through to the next ridge. Pull the needle
out.
Insert the needle back into the hole it just came out of. Slide it through to the next ridge.
Keep
going until you've gone completely around and have come out of the
first hole you punctured. What you've done, under the skin, is make a
lasso around the banana.
Holding one side of the thread firmly, pull the other side firmly. Under the skin the thread will slice through the banana.
Start the next set of holes about 1 inch lower. Repeat
the puncturing and threading until you've sliced the banana into at least 6 pieces.
When
you get to school, make sure to tell you're friends you have a magic
banana and have them watch as you peel it. They'll be amazed that the
banana comes already sliced!
