You'll need:
Eggs
Water
1 tsp of vinegar (this helps clean the egg shells and make them perfect
for dying with store- bought dye tablets. If you are just making eggs for
eating or salad you can leave the vinegar out.)
A stainless steel or enamel pan
Put eggs in a single layer at the bottom of the pan. Use a pan where
the eggs are surrounded by water. Try not to use too large a pan
so it will take less time and energy to bring the water to a boil.
Pour in enough cool water to cover the eggs.
Add vinegar (if needed).
Bring the water to a rapid boil.
Turn the heat off and wait 25 minutes. The eggs will continue to cook.
